Patok Office, one piece at a time.

Twelve short pieces, recorded in Spanish on the real application, using the same fictional plant the Gemba series uses: Monteluna Manufacturing. They go out as they are finished. No fake links here: what does not exist yet says "in production".

  1. GO-000 The office in one sentence: the case file as the unit The ERP knows what should exist; the CRM knows who to ask; the agents chase it. What sits in between is the case file. in production
  2. GO-001 The map: three chains, six stations The Studio read as a value stream map: where a case file advances and what gets measured at each station. in production
  3. GO-002 The customer order and the chain it starts One order comes in and the purchase, the receipt, the shipment and the invoice are born from it. Nobody re-types anything. in production
  4. GO-003 Receiving and the certificate nobody sends The Plant Receiving station: fifteen case files waiting on the same field, and who is going to ask for it. in production
  5. GO-004 The handoff to production: the e-mail that writes itself Four missing fields, a case file that closes on reaching 100%, and the e-mail to production nobody drafted. in production
  6. GO-005 The wake-up calls: one engine, three filters, three recipients When they run, who they chase and how many times they insist. Configured on screen, with no rules to write. in production
  7. GO-006 What the ERP sends: the CSV that arrives, and the import from it The connection to any external system: the file arrives by e-mail, gets filtered and becomes case files. in production
  8. GO-007 The agent's three modes: Stays quiet · Only asks · Converses How much voice you give each station, and why you almost never want the loudest one everywhere. in production
  9. GO-008 Shipment, invoice and payment complement The chain after the floor: what it inherits from the order, and the field that always arrives late. in production
  10. GO-009 Incidents: when something breaks and it has to leave a trace The only station that converses. It opens at any point of the chain and closes with evidence. in production
  11. GO-010 The inbox: what arrives from outside and becomes a case file The supplier e-mail comes in through the same door the mail server uses, is identified and attaches to its case. in production
  12. GO-011 WhatsApp: the office from the phone Most people never open the application. This is the same case file seen from a message. in production

The series is recorded on the demo environment, never on a customer’s data.

I'll tell you as each one comes out

One e-mail per piece, nothing else. And the office map PDF up front.
